Batroun Bay Resort was paying high commissions to booking platforms because their own website was slow, hard to use on phones and had no way to book directly.

We designed and built a new website around large photography, clear room comparisons and a direct booking engine. Every page loads in under two seconds on mobile, and the content can be updated by the resort team without a developer.

Direct bookings rose from 12% to 38% of reservations in the first summer season, saving the resort a significant amount in platform commissions.
